The fully equipped single rooms measure approx. 12m² and the flat rate includes heating, water, electricity, TV outlets in the room and internet at the moment € 248,00 per month.

Additional fees:
Deposit room: 2.5 months rent
Deposit key: € 60,00
One-Time cooperative fee: € 150,00
One-Time contract processing fee upon conclusion of the contract: € 30,00
