General information about the equipment

Our dormitory consists of 2 houses, Haus Salzlände 14 and 16, which are connected by covered arcades. These can also be used as communication space, partly equipped with tables and armchairs - where you can enjoy a wonderfull view, listen to nature and the water flowing by.

In the foyer of Haus Salzlände 16 there is a coffee machine, a community PC with free internet access and a modern multifunction copy and print device, which can be used at very favorable conditions. (Current prices)

A large and equipped Party Room with bar, TV and sound system party room is space for larger celebrations.
A fitness room for free use keeps our students fit and in the cold winter months you can warm up in the warm sauna, which is also included in the rent.

In the basement is the locked bike room and a ping-pong table.

Around the home there are 29 parking spaces, which are at the students' free disposal. The garbage area is covered and for summer there is a covered barbecue area with barbecue and Biertischgarnituren, electricity and lighting for social gathering.

In the underground garage there are 31 parking spaces available, which you can rent with free capacity at a price of € 20.00 per month.

There are 2 laundry rooms, each with 2 washers and dryers which run with coins.

The hot water treatment takes place mainly by solar systems positioned on the roofs (100 m² in total). The heating is done by means of state-of-the-art gas burning technology.

Our houses consist of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 shared flats with a total of 105 single rooms, 6 partner rooms and additionally 1 handicapped accessible living unit (lift access from underground car park).
All rooms are fully furnished:
